Description:
The present public procurement was created to improve the energy characteristics of the multi -family residential building, including to reduce the energy poverty and of vulnerable energy consumers in the Harmanli Municipality -related Municipality, linked to the Marishka pool and falling within the territorial scope of the Fund for a fair transition.
The multi -family residential building in Harmanli, 16 Benkovska Str. 77181.11.124.1 on the KKKR of Harmanli is located freely standing in a landed property with identifier 77181.11.124. The building was built through 1972 D. It has a reinforced concrete support structure, built on the construction system PPP-"Package-Suspense Slabs".
There are 28 apartments in the building in total, and at each storey level are located on four The apartment. The basement is separate warehouses / basements / of the residents.
