- The present public procurement was created to improve the energy characteristics of the multi -family residential building, including reducing energy poverty and vulnerable energy consumers in the Harmanli Municipality -related Municipality, linked to the Marishka pool andfalling within the territorial scope of the Fund for a fair transition. DesignThe contractor team is obliged to exercise copyright during construction on all parts of the project according to Art. 162 of the SPA. The designer of the respective part must be present in the drawing up of all acts and protocols requiring the participation of a designer obligatory in accordance with the categoryof the construction in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of 2003 on the drafting of acts and protocols during construction. The warranty periods for the site are in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 2003. For commissioningof the works in the Republic of Bulgaria and the minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, and they begin to run from the date of issuance of a permit for use of the construction.
