- "Engineering-Design, Construction and Copyright Supervision for the site" Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building on 40 Graf Ignatiev Street, Yambol "under the Regions Development 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the Fund for Fair Transition. The public procurement includes the following groups of activities: a) design and preparation of work projects (including geodetic recording of the adjacent terrain and additional studies - only if necessary); b) carrying out construction and assembly activities prescribed in the approved investment Project and c) implementing copyright supervision from the designers who have prepared the technical projects, and in this connection the contractor is responsible for:
1. Preparation of an investment project in the "working" phase for the site, in scope and with content according to
Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of Investment projects, Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 20
December 2017 for planning and designing the Urbanized Communication and Transport System
territories, legal and by -laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and in accordance with
the requirements of the contracting authority;
2. Perform all necessary activities to coordinate the investment project with the contracting authority,
central and territorial administrations, specialized control bodies and operating companies, from
the name of the contracting authority;
