Description:
The subject of the public procurement is engineering (design, construction and copyright supervision) of the site "Overhaul and implementation of energy efficiency measures in the kindergarten" St. St. Cyril and Methodius "Veliko Turnovo.
This order is in implementation of the program "Construction, Justification, Upgrading and reconstruction of nurseries, kindergartens and schools "(2024-2026) of the Ministry of Education and Science.
Specific goals of the order are:
• Improving the energy characteristics of St. Cyril and Methodius DG, reducing energy costs and increasing the comfort of living kindergarten;
• Reaching a minimum class of energy consumption "B" after the implementation of energy -saving measures in the building;
• A major overhaul of the building and the space around it for restoring its operational fitness
The public procurement covers the following main activities:
Activity 1 - Preparation On an investment project:
Elaboration of an investment project in the "Technical Project" phase, including the necessary details for the implementation of the construction, according to the terms and conditions and according to the volume and scope, regulated in Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001. For the scope and content of the investment project, as well as the other applicable and valid legislation, and the requirements for the development of the investment project, as well as the activities that are a condition, consequence or addition to it, in accordance with the regulatory framework, laid down in the technical specification.
