Description:
The subject of the present public procurement within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act is "Construction".
The public procurement is divided into 3 / three / lots as follows:
Lot # 1 - "Major renovation and introduction of energy efficiency measures in the building of Orpheus DG, Kardzhali"
Separate Item # 2 - "Renewal, major overhaul, improvement and introduction of energy efficiency measures in Staff DG, Kardzhali"
Lot # 3 - "Major renovation and introduction of energy efficiency measures in the Zdravets" building, Kardzhali "
The subject of activities of the present Public contract for all lots includes:
-Activity 1- Preparation of an investment project in the Technical Project phase for the implementation of the modernization and renovation of the educational infrastructure of sites: Kindergarten "Orpheus", kindergarten "Zdravets" and Kindergarten "Happiness Kardzhali, by introducing energy efficiency measures and major renovation of the buildings of the schools and as well as the improvement of the yard.
- activity 2- execution of construction works (construction works);
- Activity 3- Copycilling supervision in the execution of construction works.
