for Tutrakan Municipality there is a need to prepare investment projects (phase "Technical") forReconstruction of parts of the existing internal water supply network of Tutrakan and the improvement of streets on the territory of the city. The reconstruction of the city's VBM is required in view of frequent water supply accidents, increased water losses, the need to improve the conditions forTraffic safety as well as road drainage.
The project aims to improve the water supply and street infrastructure of Tutrakan - central part. Specific goals are: reduction of water losses, reducing the number of water supply accidents, improving the qualityof drinking water, providing conditions for traffic safety, good drainage of roads, comfort of travelers and extension of the service life of the streets in the settlements.Design-preparation of an investment project in the "Technical Project" phase in accordance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects, the Spatial Planning Act and the by-laws for its implementation.
