In compliance with the assignment, the designated contractor must carry out the following activities:
1. Preparation of an investment project In the "Working Project" phase, in the following scope of design parts: "Architectural", "Fire Safety", "Safety and Health Plan", "Plan for Construction Waste Management" and "Project and Trade Documentation", in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act, Ordinance No. 4/2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects, the current regulatory framework and in accordance with the requirements set by the contracting authority in the technical specification approved by him. The investment project must clarify the specific solutions, in a degree, providing an opportunity for complete implementation of all planned types Construction works and to give solutions that ensure compliance with the requirements for the works under Art. 169 of the SPA.
2. Implementation of construction works
The implementation of construction works begins after the drafting of Protocol Model 2/2a to Ordinance No. 3/2003 on the drafting of acts and protocols during the construction in compliance with the requirements of Art. 7 of the same ordinance and in the presence of funding provided.
