5. Term of execution of the order:
The contracting authority sets a maximum permissible deadline for the execution of the order up to 90 calendar days, of which up to 20 calendar days for Development of an investment project in a phase technically and up to 70 calendar days for the implementation of construction works.
The deadlines offered by the participants should not be outside the maximum deadlines specified by the contracting authority for implementation. In the event of a discrepancy of any of the deadlines specified by the contracting authority, the tender of the participant will be eliminated from further participation in the procedure.
5.1. The deadline for developing an investment project in the phase is technically starting from the date of receipt of a contracting A letter for the start of the activity for the preparation of a technical project by the contracting authority and is until the submission of the prepared draft by the contractor to the contracting authority with the acceptance and delivery protocol.
