Short description of the activity in the scope of the order:
1. Design
Developing a technical/working project:
The preparation of a technical/working project for the needs of the site is entrusted to an external contractor with a team of competent designers, who will be selected by the municipality with this public procurement under the PPA.
Technical/Work projects for the needs of reconstruction and rahabilitation follows be prepared in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act, Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects and other related by -law regulations under the applicable parts depending on the admissible and approved financing activities. Projects should be accompanied by detailed amounts Accounts to the applicable parts.
The technical/work project should be duly coordinated with all operational companies and other coordination bodies and approved by the chief architect of Harmanli Municipality.
In the explanatory notes, designers should describe in detail the necessary source data, Activities, technical economic indicators, specification of construction products (materials, products, kits and systems) with technical requirements for them in accordance with existing norms and standards and technology of implementation, quantitative and valuable accounts.
