• "ENGINEERING (DESIGN, MAINTENANCE AND AUTHOR SUPERVISION) FOR RENOVATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH INFRASTRUCTURE (MEASURES TO INCREASE ENERGY EFFICIENCY), CONSTRUCTION OF A NUCLEAR-MAGNETIC RESONANCE BUILDING,... The subject of the order includes the following main ones activities necessary in connection with the implementation Design Activity 1 The design is carried out in the "Technical design" phase and in accordance with the ZUT in compliance with the principles of effectiveness, efficiency and economy with a view to achieving the main goal of the investment. When preparing the project, the selected contractor should comply with the Technical measures for maintaining and securing the site, which are indicated as mandatory, prescribed in the Report and Passport from the survey to establish the technical characteristics and with the prescriptions for the object from the Energy Survey Report and the Certificate for Energy Characteristics of Buildings in Operation. It is of particular importance to set parameters in the project documentation that fully correspond with specified in the Building Energy Survey Reports for the relevant measures. Activity "Construction" Construction - assembly works with the scope of all designed activities for energy renovation of the building, incl. the mandatory measures from the technical side inspection of the building, according to the developed and approved investment project. The construction will be implemented with the approved investment projects made by the Contractor. Activity 3 "Author supervision" Copyright supervision under Art. 162 of the Law on the Establishment of The territory (ZUT).
