• Subject of the order: "Engineering (design, exercise of author's supervision and implementation of SMR) for site: "Reconstruction of water supply pipe Teshovo group". Scope and description of the public procurement: When executing the procurement, the following should be carried out: engineering - design, construction and implementation of author's supervision for construction: "Reconstruction of water supply pipe Teshovo group". The subject scope of awarding in this public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1 : design Preparation of an investment project in the "technical design" phase in the sense of the ZUT for construction: "Reconstruction of the Teshovo group water supply pipe". Activity 2 : construction/SMR Implementation of SMR for the realization of a construction/site: "Reconstruction of a water supply group Tesovo". Activity 3: author supervision Exercise of author's supervision during the implementation of CMP of construction/site: "Reconstruction of the Teshovo water supply group". Full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the implementation of the public procurement are described and regulated in the "Technical Specification", an integral part of the participation documentation. In connection with the possibility provided for by Article 114 of the Civil Procedure Code, the Contracting Authority states that, as of the date of the opening of the procedure, it has not secured funding for the public procurement. In this sense, the execution of the contract is postponed until the date of provision of funds by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the object - once or in several stages....
