Engineering to implement energy efficiency measures in 3 multi -family residential buildings On the territory of Pernik Municipality, funding under the procedure BG16FPR003-4.001 "Support for the sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including dealing with energy poverty" under priority 4 of the "Fair Transition" of the Regions Development Program 2021-2027.
In the scope of The public procurement includes the following activities for each of the three multi-family residential buildings: preparation of a technical investment project (design), execution of construction works (construction works) and exercise of copyright supervision during construction.
Design:
An investment draft in the "Technical Project" phase in compliance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21.5.2001 and in accordance with the measures prescribed in the technical passport, the energy inspection report and the energy characteristics certificate. The project includes the main design parts: architecture, structures, plumbing, electric, energy Efficiency, HVAC, Fire Safety, PBZ, PUSO, project documentation.
The project is subject to coordination with the relevant bodies and an assessment of conformity under the procedure of Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the Spatial Planning Act, and after a positive evaluation approved and issued a building permit. The processing at the request of a coordination authority shall be carried out by the contractor without additional payment.
