Engineering to implement energy efficiency measures in 4 multi -family residential buildings On the territory of Pernik Municipality, funding under the procedure B16FPR003-4.001 "Support for the sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including the energy poverty" under priority 4 of the "Fair Transition" of the Regions Development Program 2021-2027.
In the scope of the public The following activities are included, which relate to all 4 multi -family residential buildings, divided into separate positions:
- design - preparation of a technical investment project, according to the design assignment;
- Construction- implementation of the construction and construction project provided in the investment project mounting works (construction works);
- copyright supervision - exercise of copyright supervision under the Spatial Planning Act during the execution of construction and assembly works.

Design
Activity 1 - Preparation of an investment project: Developing an investment project in the "technical project" phase in compliance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21.5.2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects; When preparing the project, the selected contractor should comply with the mandatory measures for maintaining and providing the site prescribed in the passport of the inspection for Establishment of the technical characteristics and in the energy inspection report and the Energy X-Certificate Certificate of Buildings in operation.
