- "Engineering, including design, construction of construction works and copyright supervision of a site: Energy renovation of an administrative building, hall №4 and hall №5 on the territory of Industrial Park Vidin, by performance ...One of the buildings is the subject of this public procurement the following activities:
review and analysis of the existing report on the results of the inspection for establishing the technical characteristics of the building and the technical passport of the construction;
review and analysis of the existing energy inspectionbuilding characteristics;
architectural shooting of the building and geodetic shooting of the adjacent terrain, if necessary;Energy efficiency (for example, additional windows replaced and others). The contractor should notify the contracting authority who coordinates the preliminary design activities;
preparation of an investment project in the "Technical Project" phase for the site, within the scope and with content in accordance with OrdinanceNo. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, legal and by -laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority and with the mandatory prescribed by the inspection for establishing the technical characteristics of the construction and fromthe energy efficiency inspection of the respective building;
