• "Engineering for the introduction of energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings on the territory of Kyustendil Municipality, included in Package 6 and financed under procedure BG16FFPR003 - 4.001 "Support... "Engineering for the introduction of energy measures efficiency in multi-family residential buildings on the territory of Kyustendil Municipality, included in Package 6 and financed under procedure BG16FFPR003 - 4.001 "Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including dealing with energy poverty" under Priority 4 of the "Just transition" of the "Regional Development" Program 2021-2027. The following activities are included in the scope of this public procurement for each of the specific positions: Activity 1 - preparation of an investment project in phase technical project; Activity 2 - implementation of SMR /construction and assembly works/ according to the approved investment project; Activity 3 - exercising author supervision during construction. The full volume of activities under each of the individual positions is indicated in A technical task that also fulfills the role of a design task for the award of the Investment project. Due to the nature of the project and the specifics of the activities, the contracting authority (municipality) is a different person from the owners of the site of intervention, as carries out an assignment pursuant to the concluded contract. The current procedure for each of the individual positions is opened under the conditions of Art. 114 of the Civil Code, i.e. at the time of its opening, funding has not been secured.
