"Engineering for the introduction of energy measures efficiency in multi-family residential buildings on the territory of Kyustendil Municipality, included in Package 10 and financed under procedure BG16FFPR003 - 4.001 "Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including addressing the energy poverty" under Priority 4 of the "Just transition" of the "Regional Development" Program 2021-2027. The following activities are included in the scope of this public procurement for each of the specific positions: Activity 1 - preparation of an investment project in phase technical project; Activity 2 - implementation of SMR /construction and assembly works/ according to the approved investment project; Activity 3 - exercising author supervision during construction. The full volume of activities under each of the individual positions is indicated in A technical task that also fulfills the role of a design task for the award of the Investment project.
