Engineering - preparation of an investment project in a phase technical design, implementation of Construction and installation works and exercise of copyright supervision during the construction of the Constitutional Court building, Sofia, 2 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.
The subject of the order is a selection of a contractor to:
1. Prepare an investment project in a phase technical project for reconstruction and adaptation of The building for the needs of the contracting authority under part architectural, incl. Conservation and restoration of the facade and of the significant interior spaces, and in parts of structural, electrical, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, energy efficiency, water supply and sewerage and others for bringing a Building installations in accordance with the modern technological requirements and functional needs of the owner of the building - the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria;
2. Make copyright supervision during construction;
3. Complete the designed construction works.
The project and The implementation of both architectural and construction and installation should comply with all current regulatory requirements for this type of objects, while satisfying the specific requirements of the contracting authority as fully as possible.
Investment project should be developed in phase "Technical project" and to include the following parts:
