• Description:
• The public contract includes design (development of an investment project in the technical project phase), CMR for the site, as well as author's supervision during construction.
  "Construction of PSPV Targovishte and reconstruction of NR 2x8000 m3, dry chambers and site networks at the site of the NR for the town of Targovishte", including:
  establishing the need for changes (if applicable) in the project before developing the project in the next phase;
  Preparation of an investment project in the Technical project phase for the site according to the Territorial Planning Act and the bylaws on its implementation;
  Assistance in the conformity assessment of the completed project and its subsequent approval by providing the necessary data and information;
  Execution of construction and assembly works (CMS) and any other other accompanying and related activities necessary for the implementation of the SMP, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and the scope and content of the approved project;
  fabrication of details during construction that are impossible to fabricate at the stage of investment design, technical solutions, refinements and changes to the project, technological control and assistance in putting the site into operation;
  Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction and submission to the relevant geodesy office, cartography...
