Description:
The implementation of the investment project will contribute to providing a material base that guarantees healthy and quality conditions for training in a modern and efficient educational infrastructure, with more comfortable conditions for work and study. The renovation and modernization of the building of the children's villagedyna must lead to energy consumption class "A", according to the regulation under Art. 48 of ZEE for this type of building. A mandatory part of the activities to acquire a complete renewed look of the educational institutions is the construction of an accessible architectural environment, providing the needs of people with specialneeds. The activities also include thermal insulation of the building, replacement of windows if necessary, forming a waterproof pavement around the building to protect the foundations, thermal insulation of the roof and installation of a photovoltaic installation, new installations - EL., HVAC including hybridunderfloor heating installation and plumbing, if necessary, given the requirements of the current regulations. Total area - 1664 sq.m.
