Description:
The implementation of the public order is aimed at ensuring the normal functioning of IT systems in the Ministry of Education and Science (MES), namely: a cloud environment (virtual private cloud) and a system for managing the identity and access of users - experts, pedagogicalski staff, students and parents, implemented under the project "Education for Tomorrow", financed under the Operational Program "Science and Education for Intelligent Growth" 2014-2020 (OP NOIR).
The general (main) purpose of the order is to ensure continuity of operations, information security and protectionof the data of the information systems in the scope, as well as to provide the necessary expert services in support of the implemented architecture described in Table No. 2 of section two "DESCRIPTION OF THE CURRENT STATE" of the Technical Specification of the order - Annex No. 1 to the documentation for participationtiie.
The achievement of the general objective will be realized through the following specific objectives, corresponding to the planned activities, within the scope of the public procurement:
Ensuring post-warranty support of the components of the architecture provided by the relevant manufacturers and developers;
Eximplementation of regular and timely updates of the software versions of the system components;
Expanding the capacity and performance of the systems, while preserving the client's investments and realizing available hardware means;
