• "Ensuring physical security of buildings of TD of NRA Burgas and TD of NRA Plovdiv and the offices within their scope in five separate positions", as follows: Separate position No. 1: "Providing physical unarmed security of the administrative buildings of the TD of the National Narcotics Agency Burgas"; Separate position No. 2: "Provision of physical unarmed security of the administrative buildings of the Yambol office at the TD of the NRA Burgas"; Separate position No. 3: "Providing physical unarmed security of the administrative buildings of the TD of the National Narcotics Agency Plovdiv”; Separate position No. 4: "Ensuring round-the-clock physical unarmed security of the administrative building of the Kardzhali office at the TD of the NRA Plovdiv"; Separate position No. 5: "Providing round-the-clock physical unarmed security of the administrative Stara Zagora office building at the TD of the NRA Plovdiv". The contracts will enter into force from the date of their conclusion, and the execution of the contracts will begin after confirmation by the contracting authority of secured financing and presentation by the contractor of the specified performance guarantee according to Art. 114, para. 2 of the ZOP, but no earlier than 26.06.2026 for /Kardjali office/, from 29.06.2026 /for Stara Zagora office/ and from 01.07.2026 /for TD of NRA Burgas, Yambol office and TD of NRA Plovdiv/, respectively no earlier than the date following completion of the currently valid contracts with the same subject, in the event of their early termination.
