Description:
In compliance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) and the current regulations in the field of environmental protection and biodiversity, Decision No. 6 - PR/2025 was issued. Proposal for the construction of additional technical water supply - cold channel 2, an assessment of environmental impact (EIA) should be carried out.
In view of the above, it is necessary:
- collecting the necessary input data for the production of an EIA scope assignment.
- Conduct of consultations on coordination of the scope and content of the assignment with organizations determined by the contractor prepared by the contractor and in agreement with the contracting authority.
- Preparation of an EIA range assignment.
- Conducting consultation and coordination of the assignment with the competent authority and the designated by it stakeholders.
Cross -border impact report, as well as a report on the compatibility of the IP with the object and purposes of protecting the protected areas of the Natura 2000 network, determined by the competent authority and non -technical summary.
- Providing The necessary organization and assistance during the consultations, evaluation, public discussions and approval of the EIA report.
- Development of written opinions on the proposals, recommendations, opinions and objections as a result of public discussions.
