Description:
The purpose of the procedure is to select CONTRACTORS for concluding contracts for the implementation of the subject of the public procurement for each specific position. The implementation of the subject of the order includes 324 types of activities that must meet the requirements of the Technical Specification for the implementation ofconstruction, assembly and repair works (CMRR) on non-production buildings and substations - TS-PST-149. The types of work that will be performed are specified in bills of quantities (BCOs) by individual items - Sample No. 2.1 and following to the Sample Price Proposal, an integral part of the documenttation under the present procedure. All materials, delivered by the Contractor, necessary for the performance of the activities, should be included in his price offer.
The contracting authority predicts that for the entire period of validity of the contract, activities will be assigned with quantities and types that are specifiedand in Sample No. 2.1 - Bill of Quantities (Bill of Quantities).
The quantities indicated in the bills of quantities are indicative and may be subject to change according to the needs of the Employer.
