The subject of this order is: "Implementation of design, construction and installation works and exercise of author's supervision (engineering) to increase the energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with administrative address Troyan, 138 "General Kartsov" St., bl. "Primrose 2"".
The purpose of this public procurement is to carry out design, construction and installation works and exercise of author supervision (engineering) to increase energy efficiency by renovating the residential building.
For this purpose, all ESMs that are prescribed as mandatory should be fulfilled for the building in the energy efficiency survey - thermal insulation of the external enclosing elements (external walls, floor and roof), replacement of the facade windows, replacement of the lighting fixtures with energy-saving ones, as well as the accompanying CMR related to the implementation of the energy efficiency measures and the corresponding restoration of the common parts of the building as a result of the implemented energy-saving measures; all SMR prescribed as mandatory in the technical passport of the building, incl. CMP related to the removal of local defects and damages that do not disturb the general construction stability of the building, as well as CMR related to ensuring fire safety, construction of lightning protection and grounding installation, provision of an accessible architectural environment to the entrances of building... - Documents:
