The subject of this public procurement is: "Implementation of engineering/design, construction and exercising author's supervision of a site: "Installation of photovoltaic systems (PVS) in existing 22 buildings of social services, an activity delegated by the state with 23 social services on the territory of the Municipality of Burgas. FOR EACH OF THE OBJECTS IN THE ORDER, THE PARTICIPANTS MUST PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: ACTIVITY I. DEVELOPMENT OF A DESIGN SOLUTION ON THE FOLLOWING PARTS: "ARCHITECTURE", "STRUCTURES" AND "ELECTRICAL", ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF ZUT AND THE CURRENT SUBNORMATIVE REGULATION, MENTIONED IN THE "TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION" TO THIS DOCUMENTATION. ACTIVITY II. IMPLEMENTATION OF SMR ON THE BASIS OF THE DEVELOPED AND APPROVED PROJECT SOLUTIONS, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ALL THE LAWS CURRENTLY EFFECTIVE IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA, RULES, NORMS CONCERNING THE EXECUTION OF OBJECTS AND WORKS OF SUCH NATURE, ACCORDING TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT. THE ACTIVITIES OF SMR. ACTIVITY III. EXERCISE OF COPYRIGHT SUPERVISION DURING CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE SCOPE ACCORDING TO ART. 162 FROM ZUT. THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENTS TO THE PARTICIPANTS IS DESCRIBED IN THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION.
