Description:
The subject of this public procurement is a service-(the provision of services) within the meaning of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act with the subject: "Exercise construction supervision and control during the execution of construction and assembly works", whose execution is divided into two separate positions for the purpose and scope of the executionof the functions of a consultant within the meaning of Art. 168, para. 1, para. 3, para. 6 and Art. 176a, Al. 1 of ZUT.
