When executing the order, the following should be done: Exercise of construction supervision within the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of ZUT, of Ordinance No. 3/July 31, 2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on essential requirements for construction and assessing the compliance of construction products and all legal and by-laws in the field of construction in Bulgaria. The subject of the order also includes the preparation of a final report and a Technical Passport under ZUT. The public one order is within the scope of activities: "Major renovation of Nursery No. 8 "Sturche", introduction of measures for energy efficiency and accessibility and construction of an annex with an elevator" and "Implementation of measures for energy efficiency in a Day Center for children and youth with disabilities "St. John Chrysostom" in the city of Varna" under Project BG16FFPR003-1.001-0032 "Varna - an innovative, educated, healthy and preserved city" under procedure BG16FFPR003-1.001 "Support for integrated urban development in the 10 city municipalities - main centers of growth", Priority 1 "Integrated urban development" of the Program "Development of the regions" 2021-2027.
