Description:
The subject of this public procurement is the exercise of construction supervision in the execution of construction and assembly works at the site: "Reconstruction of the internal water supply network of S. Novo Panicharevo".
The construction on which the construction supervision will be exercised is of the 1st category, according to Article 137, para 1, item 1, b. "B" of the SPA and Article 2, paragraph 2, item 4 of Ordinance No. 1 on the nomenclature of the types of construction.
The scope of the contract includes activities for exercising construction supervision within the meaning of Article 166, paragraph 1 of the Spatial Planning Act, control over compliance with the requirements of art. of construction and assembly works at the site: "Reconstruction of the internal water supply network of S. Novo Panicharevo"
Within the public procurement, services related to construction supervision should be provided, including:
-Fence 1. Construction supervision during the implementation of the site, until its adoption and commissioning, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and guarantee the application of the Bulgarian normative requirements;
for the technical passports of the works for the site.
