Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works at a site: "Major repair of streets, sidewalks and reconstruction of their adjacent water and sanitation infrastructure, located in the Pomorie Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant"
The subject of the order includes the selection of a contractor for implementation of constructionsupervision in connection with the implementation of a site: "Major repair of streets, sidewalks and reconstruction of their adjacent plumbing infrastructure, located in the Pomorie city's municipal water and sewage system."
With the implementation of the activities under Art. 166, para. 1 of the ZUT, the implementation of the construction and assembly works will be ensured for the execution ofmajor repair of streets, sidewalks and reconstruction of their adjacent plumbing infrastructure, located in the city of Pomorie. 166 and Art. 168 of the ZUT, as well as for those resulting from Art.178 of the ZUT, as well as other applicable provisions of the current legislation. Construction supervision is carried out within the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of ZUT, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 for drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account requirementsof Regulation No. RD-02-20-1 of 05.02.2015. on the terms and conditions for placing construction products in the constructions of the Republic of Bulgaria and all legal and by-laws in the field of construction in the Republic of Bulgaria.
