• EXERCISE OF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION DURING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SMR OF THE FACILITY "RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF THE MUNICIPAL ROAD SFO1400 "/II-81/KOSTINBROD- /BORDER MUNICIPAL KOSTINBROD-BOJURISHTE/-PROLESHA-HERAKOVO /... ​​​​​​​Main activities in the implementation of the public order: Exercise of construction supervision during construction, according to Art. 166 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT). The scope of construction supervision activities during construction is according to Art. 168 of the ZUT, inclusive coordination of the construction process until the site is put into operation. Fulfilling the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 r. for the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions at the implementation of construction and assembly works. Preparation of a technical passport according to Art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 and Preparation of a final report under Art. 168, para. 6 of ZUT.​​​​​​​​​​​​ Obligations of the consultant in the implementation of construction supervision during construction: For the activities within the scope of the service /construction supervision during construction, safety and health coordinator, preparation of technical passport and final report/, the Contractor will have at least the following engagements: In fulfillment of his duties, the Contractor exercises construction supervision over the constructions through a team of legally competent individuals with proven professional experience and technical competences necessary for exercising construction supervision.
