• The subject of this public procurement is the exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of the construction and assembly works for the object "Remodeling of an existing kitchen in SU "St. Kliment Ohridski", Troyan into a kitchen for unified meals". is located in the town of Troyan 5600, g.k. "Lagut", UPI I - "For school", quarter 157 according to the regulation plan of I and II microdistrict of the city of Troyan, land property 73198.506.364 according to the cadastral map of the city of Troyan. The kitchen and dining room, object of the remodeling, subject of order, are located on part of the basement floor of a building with identifier 73198.506.364.2 and have an area of ​​610 m2. The redevelopment includes partial construction and demolition of partition walls, painting work, new suspended ceilings, replacement of flooring, construction of new plumbing, heating and electrical installations, and installation of new kitchen equipment. During the reconstruction, no structural elements are disturbed. For the implementation of the planned construction and assembly works, an investment project was prepared in the "Technical" phase, under the following project parts: Architecture, Constructions - opinion, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Technological, PB and PBZ. The construction is classified as fourth category, according to ZUT.
