- The subject of this public procurement "Exercise construction supervision in the execution of construction works at the site:" Construction of a Center for Specialized Support for Persons with Disabilities and their Families "in Berkovitsa".to the contracting authority and the contractor to be awarded through this open procedure are in accordance with the documentation to the public procurement and the draft contract, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.The following types of activities:
Exercise construction supervision during construction in the mandatory scope, regulated in Art. 168 of the Law on Spatial Planning (ZUT), in accordance with Art. 166, para. 1 of the SPAis according to Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, including the coordination of the construction process until the establishment of the site into operation; For the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions in performanceof construction works;
preparation of a final report to the contracting authority in accordance with Art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Planning Act;
preparation and submission for registration of a technical passport of the construction according to Art. 176a of the Spatial Planning Act and Ordinance No. 5 of December 28, 2006 on the technical passports of the works.
