Description:
The subject of this public procurement "Exercise construction supervision in the execution of construction works at the site:" Construction of a Center for Specialized Support for Disabled Persons and their Families "in Berkovitsa.
The conditions under which the subject of the order, rights and obligations will be realized to the contracting authority and the contractor, who will be awarded through the present open procedure, are in accordance with the documentation to the public procurement and the draft contract, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Public procurement scope:
The following are included in the scope of the public procurement Types of activities:
168 of the Law on Spatial Planning (ZUT), in accordance with Art. 166, para. 1 of the SPA.
The scope of construction supervision activities during construction is according to Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, including coordination of the construction process until the establishment of the site into operation;
Performing the function of the safety and health coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 r. For the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions in the implementation of a construction - installation works;

Preparation and submission for registration of a technical passport of the construction according to Art. 176a of the Spatial Planning Act and Ordinance No. 5 of December 28, 2006 on the technical passports of the construction works.
