- The scope of the contract includes activities to exercise construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 166 and Art. 168, para. 2 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) at the time of construction and assembly works at the site: "Reconstruction of part of the building of Sofia University" Evlogi Georgiev "in UPI I-750 sq. 52, Trustenik, Dolna Metropolia Municipality ".
The scope of work on the exercise of construction supervision includes:
Activity 1. Construction supervision during the implementation of the site, until the drawing up of an ascertaining act for establishing the suitability for the acceptance of the construction (Annex No. 15 to Art. 7, para. 3, item 15 of Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 on the drafting of acts and protocols during construction), in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and guaranteeing the application of the Bulgarian normative requirements;
Activity 2. Fulfillment of the function of a safety and health coordinator according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work in the implementation of construction and assembly works.
176a of the Spatial Planning Act and Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006, for the site or for the respective part of it, if a gradual transfer of parts of the construction contract is made.
