- The main activities for which the public procurement contractor is responsible are the following: Exercise construction supervision during the execution of the site, until it is accepted and put into operation, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and guarantee the application of the Bulgarian regulatory requirements.
InThe scope of the contract includes activities for the exercise of supervision during the construction of sites in accordance with Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) in volume and scope in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and the relevant by -laws, including:
• Implementation ofControl regarding the completeness and correct preparation of acts and protocols during the construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3/2003;
• Preparation of a final report to the contracting authority, in accordance with Art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Planning Act;
