Exercise of construction supervision for a site: "Major repair, conservation and restoration and implementation of energy efficiency measures of the yard space of HG "St. St. Cyril and Methodius", - the city of Plovdiv"
The technical characteristics and quality requirements for the execution of the order are presentedin the technical specifications of the contracting authority.
The conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented, the rights and obligations of the parties, are described in detail in the draft contract of the public procurement.
Construction activities are planned for implementation in the following parts:
- Part Architecture ;
-Part Constructive;
- Part Conservation-restoration works;
- Part Geodesy;
- Part Plumbing;
- Part Electric;
- Part Energy efficiency
- Part Fire safety;
- Thermal insulation of the external walls from the outside is inadmissible.
- Replacement of the wooden windows
- Installation of a heat-insulating stone walland in the floor and roof structures
- Complete repair of the roof structure
