From 30.09.2026 the deadline begins to run after the signing of a protocol for the opening of a construction site (Annex No. 2/2a to Article 7, Paragraph 3, Item 2 from Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 on the drafting of acts and protocols during construction) and concludes with the drawing up of a findings for establishing the suitability for the acceptance of the construction (Annex No. 15 to Article 7, paragraph 3, item 15 of July 31, 2003 on the drawing up acts and protocols under construction time) without remarks.
