"Exercise of construction supervision (CS) of objects on two separate positions":
OP No. 1 - Exercise of CS of an object: "Combined sports ground in the school yard" in OU "Raina Knyaginya".
OP No. 2 - Exercise of CS on site: "New construction of a combined sports ground at the "Yane Sandanski" primary school in UPI IVschool, quarter 162 according to the plan of quarter "Vastanicheski-yug", city of Plovdiv, with PI 56784.530.1831 according to the cadastral map of the city of Plovdiv" in OU "Yane Sandanski".
The consulting activity includes exercising construction supervision during of the construction of the object/s, according to Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the ZUT, in volume and scope,according to the requirements of the ZUT and the relevant by-laws; control regarding the completeness and correct drafting of acts and protocols during construction, according to Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003; control of the quantities, prices and quality of the implemented SRMs, including investor onescontrol during construction; preparation of the necessary documentation for issuing certificates under Art. 74 of the ZUT and under Art. 116, para. 1 and Art. 175, para. 5, of the ZUT on the basis of Art. 32, paragraph 1, of the ZKIR; preparation of a technical passport of the object/s, according to Art. 176b of the ZUT and in the scope specified in Art.4 of Ordinance No. 5/ 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of constructions; preparation of a final report to the contracting authority, according to Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZUT; preparation of the necessary documentation and commissioning of the object/s, according to the conditions described in the announcement, documentation, technical...
