• Exercise of consulting activity under Art. 166, para. 1 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT) for object: "Replacement of the DN 1000 transmission gas pipeline for Greece and North Macedonia in the section from the junction... Exercise of consulting activity under Art. 166, para. 1 from the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT) for site: "Replacement of a DN 1000 transmission gas pipeline for Greece and North Macedonia in the section from the node for connecting the gas pipeline to the compressor station "Ikhtiman" to the village of Venkovets" The subject of the order includes performance of the following activities: 1. Evaluation of compliance of the investment project - phase working project, with the main requirements for constructions according to Art. 142, para. 5 and paragraph 10 of the ZUT; 2. Providing expert support to the contracting authority and the designer at the coordination of the investment project with the competent control authorities, operating companies and interested parties; 3. Preparation of a complex report according to Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of ZUT; 4. Exercise of construction supervision according to Art. 168, para. 1 in connection with art. 168, para. 2 of the ZUT and carrying out inspection and control of the construction products delivered and used in the construction, which ensure the fulfillment of the basic requirements for the construction in accordance with the requirements of the regulation under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 from the Law on Technical Requirements for Products; 5. Fulfilling the functions of a safety and health coordinator for the stage of construction implementation according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions when carrying out construction and installation works; 6.
