Exercise independent construction supervision and related legal and regulatory regulations acts for exercising consulting services under Art. 166, para 1, item 1 and item 2 of the Spatial Planning Act in the execution of the construction of a site: "A building for residential care for adults with mental disorders (RGPLPR) in UPI VIII-443, square 80, PI with identifier under KKKR 68134.1896.1231," Karpuzitsa "Vitosha"
The subject of this public procurement includes the following activities:
1) Exercise construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works for the construction of a site: a residential care building for adults with mental disorders (RGPLPR) in RLE VIII-443, square 80 C ID of KKKR 68134.1896.1231, Karpuzitsa, Vitosha District.
for the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions in the execution of construction and assembly works;
3) Preparation of a technical passport according to Art. 176 "b" of the SPA;
4) Preparation of a final report under Art. 168, para. 6 of the SPA.
