Exercise investor control during construction of construction works to build an object: Building for resident care for adults with intellectual disabilities (RGLIZ) in UPI III - "For the Nursing House", square 55, PI with an identifier under CC and KR 68134.4329.50, m. "VZ Gorna Banya"
The subject of this public procurement includes the following main activities:
- Exercise investor control During construction until the acceptance and commissioning of the construction of the subject of the contract
- Control during the implementation of approved investment projects and in case of omissions and non -compliance established timely notification to the contracting authority
- Preparation, organization, coordination and control over the types of works performed (investor control) for the site
- Control of the quantities, quality and compliance of the performed types of works;
- verification of conformity and signing the quantitative accounts, acts and payment documents submitted by the contractors of construction works, construction supervision and copyright supervision of the types of work he has done;
- Organization and participation of regular and extraordinary work meetings of the site, reporting the implementation of all types of work, regular preparation of protocols from the meetings held for proposals and decisions made;
- Verification and coordination of all intermediate and final acts and protocols in accordance with the current regulations
