• The subject of this public procurement is the performance of the functions of consultant/construction supervision and Engineer according to the FIDIC Contractual Conditions, Yellow Book for Site Engineering: "Reconstruction and completion of water supply networks in the town of Kavarna". Full information about the cited object is available in the CAIS EOP (unique number 05374-2026-0003), accessible at the following Internet address: Public Procurement Register Engineer within the meaning of Clause 3 of "Contractual conditions for technological equipment and design - construction for electrical and mechanical assembly works and for construction and engineering objects designed by the contractor. General Conditions". International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), 1st ed., 1999, Edition in Bulgarian translation: Bulgarian Association of Architects and Engineers consultants, as well as the relevant Specific Conditions, as well as the Annex to the offer; Technical design control for the design and construction contract (engineering) by preparing report(s) for assessing the compliance of the investment project for the object specified above; Construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 168 of the ZUT; Safety and Health Coordinator for the construction phase for the site indicated at the beginning of these Specifications and in accordance with the conditions of the public procurement specified in Section 1.
