• The subject of this public procurement is the performance of the functions of consultant/construction supervisor and Engineer according to the FIDIC Contractual Conditions, Yellow Book for Site Engineering: "Reconstruction of water supply pipes and facilities, town of Kavarna". Full information about the cited object is available in the CAIS EOP (unique number 05374-2026-0008), available at the following Internet address: Public Procurement Register - app.eop.bg Engineer within the meaning of Clause 3 of "Contractual conditions for technological equipment and design - construction for electrical and mechanical installation works and for construction and engineering sites designed by the contractor. General Conditions". International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), 1st ed., 1999, Edition in Bulgarian translation: Bulgarian Association of the architects and consulting engineers, as well as the relevant Specific Conditions, as well as the Annex to the offer; Technical control of the design of the design and construction (engineering) contract through the preparation of conformity assessment report(s) of the investment project for the object mentioned above; Construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 168 of the ZUT; Safety and Health Coordinator for the construction phase for the site specified at the beginning of these Specifications and subject to the conditions of the public order, specified in Section 1.
