- The subject of this order is the selection of a contractor for the exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of SMR under the project: "Construction of the main street of the village of Vsemirtsi, commune. Velingrad" /"Major repair of a street with axis points o.t.1-o.t.2-o.t.3-o.t.4-o.t.5-o.t.6 to o.t. .55 Vsemirtsi village, Ve municipalitylingrad"/.
This public procurement is subject to SERVICE and according to art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b. "b" in conjunction with art. 73, para. 1 and art. 74 and art. 99 and subsequent ones from the Public Procurement Act, will be assigned, through an open procedure for determining a public procurement contractor.
Wherever it is written in the documentation "Publicorder" and/or "Order" and/or "Procedure" should be interpreted as a public procurement that is awarded in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and which will be awarded through an open procedure within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act.
