  The implementation of the subject of this public procurement includes the performance of the activities of consultant in the construction process, related to the exercise of construction supervision during the execution of the construction, the performance of the functions of the safety and health coordinator, the preparation of a final report to establish the fitness for use and technical passport of the site, as well as the implementation of inspection and control of the delivered and used construction materials, coordination of the construction process until the site is put into operation, all regulated in art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT), and the responsibilities arising from Art. 178 of the ZUT, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.
