The subject of the public procurement is related to the implementation of consulting activities for the exercise of construction supervision, in the sense of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT) and the regulatory documents under its application for the implementation of the SMR under Decree of the Council of Ministers 214 of 22.10.2025 for approving additional expenses/transfers from the reserve under Art. 1, para. 2, section II, item 5.1 of the Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2025 for unforeseen and/or urgent costs to prevent, control and overcome the consequences of disasters.
