- The scope of the order includes construction supervision activities within the meaning of Art. 166 and Art. 168, para. 2 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT) during construction and installation works on a site: "Repair of a bridge located on Municipal road PVN 1042 at km 3+100". The scope of construction supervision work includes: Activity 1. Construction supervision during the implementation of the object, until the drafting of a Constitutive Act to establish the suitability for acceptance of the construction (Appendix No. 15 to Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 of Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction), in accordance with the requirements of ZUT and guaranteeing the application of Bulgarian regulatory requirements; Activity 2. Implementation the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions in the execution of construction and assembly works. Activity 3. Preparation of a final report on the meaning of art. 168, paragraph 6 of the ZUT and technical passport, according to art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006, for the site or for the relevant part of it, if a phased handover of parts of the construction contract is carried out.
