- "Exercising Construction Supervision during the Implementation of Construction and Installation Works for a Municipal Site: Construction of Energy-Efficient Street Lighting in the Village of Ravda, Municipality of Nessebar
in the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of ZUT, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 for drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for construction and assessing the conformity of construction products and allinternal legal and by-laws in the field of design, construction and commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria.
The performance of the service includes:
Legal initiation of construction according to Art. 157 of the ZUT, including giving a construction line, preparationand registration Order book and notification to all specialized control bodies;
Completeness and correct compilation of acts and protocols during construction;
Acceptance of SMR in accordance with the requirements of PIPSMR, BDS and other valid regulatory documents;
Control of compliance with requirementsthe list of approved investment projects and technical specifications in accordance with Art. 169 of ZUT;
Control of compliance with the conditions for labor safety and fire safety;
Preventing damage to third parties and properties as a result of construction;
Control of materials and equipmentin accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements and assessment of the conformity of construction products;
Checking and signing all acts and protocols during construction, necessary for the assessment of the constructions, according to the safety requirements and their lawful execution... - Documents:
