• Exercising construction supervision during the implementation of the SMR of a site: Buildings for public catering, entertainment and visitor information center in "Kleptuza" park, UPI VI, quarter 394, town of Velingr... 1. PURPOSE OF PUBLIC ORDER Subject of the present procedure is the exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of the SMR of an object: "Buildings for public catering, entertainment and visitor information center in Kleptuza Park, UPI VI, quarter 393, town of Velingrad, municipality of Velingrad" Implementation of the project aims to carry out, in accordance with the current regulations, major repair, reconstruction and remodeling of existing buildings for public catering, entertainment and visitor information center in "Kleptuza" park, quarter 393, buildings with identifiers #10450.503.997.1 and #10450.503.997.2 and to achieve the following results: • The project development should cover guidelines in the Visa contour, including a warm connection at the second level, and no new foundation is foreseen; • To separate a restaurant into two levels in a building with identifier #10450.503.997.2; •To set aside a coffee shop, a visitor center and a souvenir shop in a building with identifier #10450.503.997.1; • To improve and beautify part of the pedestrian space between the lake and the buildings; Yes achieve convenience and security for users; • To provide an accessible environment in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 for determining the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanized territory and of the buildings and facilities, as well as the technical requirements for the accessibility of the sea beaches (title add. - dv, no. 7 of 2025, in force from 01.01.2...
