Description:
The aim of the project under the PES 2021-2027 is: Prevention of the risk to the life and health of the population, further development of existing systems for risk management and for early disclosure.
The order will be implemented in 6 /six/ stages:
Stage 1: "Conceptual Technical Solution and Design"
1. Conceptualbut a technical solution and design expansion of the Early Warning and Disclosure System (EWS) of the population at the district level (NUTS 3) for the territory of the country: in the cities of Blagoevgrad, Vidin, Vratsa, V. Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Kyustendil, Lovech, Pernik, Razgrad, Silistra, Sliven, TarGovishte, Haskovo, Shumen, Yambol and Sofia region (22 municipal centers), Blagoegrad region (13 municipal centers), Kyustendil region (8 municipal centers);
2. Analysis, development of new acoustic planning and design in order to optimize the coverage of the SRPO of the population in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Montana, Pleven, Ruse, Pazardzhik, Kardjali, Smolyan, Stara Zagora in connection with urbanization to ensure publicity in the new residential areas.
Stage 2
Delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the population's PPE at NUTS 3 level on the territory of 16 districtscities -Blagoevgrad, Vidin, Vratsa, V. Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Kyustendil, Lovech, Pernik, Razgrad, Silistra, Sliven, Targovishte, Haskovo, Shumen, Yambol, integration of all newly built systems (SRPO) to NSRPO and training
Stage 3
